Breaking News

This was the original posting that I made when I proposed to Stacy on October 24th.

AP WCF/- In an unprecedented move, a young man that is employed in the recently flood stricken community of Cedar Falls, Iowa, has decided to take is life in the direction of "happily ever after". After years of contemplation and consideration, many people including himself did not think this would ever happen.
The gentleman is known to be open and a friend to many people in the Cedar Valley. No one was available for comment, so we here at blogspot went right to the source. We were able to track down the young man at his home, where he had just returned from his weekend errands. We appeared to have caught him off-guard, and he tried to duck our cameras and run into his house.
After convincing the young man to come out and talk to us he was very brief and to the point. The following are quotes from our questioning:

Q: What made you come to this decision?
A: I've been thinking about it for a while, and to me this is just the right decision for the happiness and well being of both parties involved.

Q: How do you foresee this playing out in the future?
A: To me this is where my life has been leading for years. All I can see right now is a GREAT, and SUCCESSFUL future for everyone involved. It, of course, will not be easy, but with hard work....which if you ask anyone you'll find.....I'm very willing to and very capable of doing.

We left with one parting invitation for the young IT professional to share any comment. This is what he said.......

Stacy Lupkes, I love you, and would be the happiest man in the world if you would be wife. Stacy.....Will You Marry Me? (FYI..Dave said it was ok!!)
